The two castles
Describe setting on Castles By Norman (Castle Story)
Picture A-Castle 1
Tales have been told about a beautiful castle in the land of Flair where the King Flair ruled from his Grand castle. The majestic castle was said to have been build long ago by the ancestors of the kingdom. The castle has been made a national treasure and kingdoms had tried to take it before. The castle had lush vegetation grown by its Queen and birds from all over the world made nests in its garden. Beautiful music filled its grounds and the town people outside would enjoy it while going on their own business. The river flowing the castle was like no other, it was so clean and sweet that people travelled from distant lands just to take a drink at it. The castle itself was able to stand out as a beauty with its white walls and blue roofs and a shiny silver one on its tallest tower.
Picture B-Castle 2
The Castle of the White Knight now stands lonely on top of a hill. It has once been a grand place where the White Knight, his name long forgotten, used to live. It has been preserved as a historic site for future generations but its sight now gives most people the creeps. A huge battle was once waged there and the castle had been sieged. The bright white castle walls and the blue roofs could not cover up the feeling nor could the forest and river beside the tall hill. The road leading to it is now in ruins and a grand bridge that use to connect people lays broken in the valley leading to the castle. The castle when entered feels damp and abandoned. Its cracked walls and silent halls gives a very mysterious feeling and its tales made it further mysterious. The castle grounds were to be haunted.
Introduction for the settings.
An enormous castle stood upon them. They were in awe. Such beautiful exterior. Contrasting grey and white walls stands out among the whole exterior of the castle. Gigantic gold or blue cone-like pinnacles covers each of the pillar. It makes the castle stands out even more. From afar, you see a castle with a shiny golden pinnacles. From near, you see a gigantic castle with a beautiful scenery of a stream of river flowing beside the castle with the forest green, lush of bushes and trees surrounding the river. The view was amazing, and there was a minty scent all over the castle. How they wished they could stayed there, even for one day. They crossed the dull and old drawbridge slowly, and arrived in front of the brown and small door, slowly opening it, stealthily. Upon open it, they were astonished to see what was inside....
Picture B: image of a castle set on a hill top.
The sky was dark, as if a storm is coming. The whole place was isolated, with musty air surrounding the castle. Nobody dared to go to the castle, and nobody wanted too.. For they fear the legend will come true... Legend has said, a few thousand years ago. A king lived in the castle. It was actually a beautiful castle.
Until one day, a big earthquake shook the whole castle, and the pathway to the castle was destroyed, and the castle was deserted since then. It was said that the corpse of the king and the other servants were still inside the castle. Then, many people wanted to go to the castle. They always go as a group, fixing the pathway, but they were never seen again, with the fixed pathway gone again... Then, Tom and his brave group of friends went on a expedition to the castle, wondering if they would ever come back.....
Describing the setting
It stood there, magnificent looking, padded with nicely fitted white bricks. There was only one word that could describe it - ROYALTY. There was nothing to criticise about it. Covered in colours of white and blue, symbolising purity tells us that the castle was not for anyone but the King. Tall trees and greenery surrounded it, leaving a trail of fresh scent in the castle. With the green trees, the air was in no doubt very fresh. A calm looking stream of river lies beneath the bridge leading to the castle. It was so clear that the pebbles at the bottom of the stream could be seen clearly. There were even small fishes swimming in it. Every guest who were there before were thrilled by the amazing architecture of the castle. All it took was one glimpse and the picture would stay in your mind forever.
Picture 2:
On top of a steep hill with windy roads, there was a castle covered in white which contrasted with its surrounding. It stood there, majestic looking. Whenever a lightning strikes during a storm, it highlighted the building making it look spooky in the middle of the deserted area. The road leading to the castle was rocky and was cut off when it reached the deep crate. It was said that an evil wizard lived inside the castle. Deep dark rumours of the history behind the castle were evident. Walking near it would cost your life. Ever heard of the rumour saying once gone in, you'll never come out? This applies well here. Please... don't ever try to go near it. All I know is that booby traps all all over the castle and near it.
